Refund policy

Trade Autopsy sells one-time Beta Pro passes (Beta Pro: ₹149/week · ₹499/month · ₹2,999/year (one-time pass, renew manually).). We do not auto-debit your card or UPI. You renew manually when your access period ends.
Eligible refunds
- Duplicate payment for the same account within 7 days
- Payment captured but Beta Pro did not activate within 24 hours (contact us with your Razorpay payment id)
- Other cases required by applicable law
How to request
Email support@tradeautopsy.in from the email on your account. Include your Razorpay payment id and the date of purchase. We respond within 2 business days and process approved refunds to the original payment method within 5–10 business days (bank/UPI timelines may vary).
Non-refundable
Partially used access periods are generally not refundable unless required by law. Stacking a second pass extends your end date; it is not a recurring subscription charge.
