What is Sharpe ratio?
Sharpe ratio measures risk-adjusted return. It's calculated as: (Average return - Risk-free rate) / Standard deviation of returns. Higher Sharpe ratio indicates better risk-adjusted performance. A Sharpe ratio above 1 is considered good.
