Connect Bybit

Create a Bybit API key with read-only permissions and no withdrawals, then paste API Key and API Secret into Station.

What you need

  • Bybit account with 2FA
  • API Key and API Secret from Bybit API management
  • Read-only permissions; disable withdrawals and unnecessary trading permissions
  • Mac with TradeAutopsy Station

Part 1: Get your keys from Bybit

  1. 1.Review Bybit v5 API docs. Keys are created under Bybit account → API.

  2. 2.Create API key with read-only / no-withdrawal permissions. Copy Key and Secret when shown.

Part 2: Paste them into Station

  1. 3.Station → Brokers → Bybit. Paste API Key and API Secret. Save to store in Keychain.

Troubleshooting

IP restrict
If Bybit key is IP-bound, add your Mac’s public IP or disable restrict for home testing.
Permission errors
Ensure key has read access to account/position endpoints Station uses.

Security notes

  • HMAC key pair in macOS Keychain via agent UBI adapter.
  • Never enable withdraw on Bybit keys for TradeAutopsy.
  • Read-only behavioral sync.
